Expeditions

The expeditions are walks to the depopulated places where traditions are gathered and shared. We hold events annually and throughout the year with different aims and themes, closely related to the mythology and popular culture of the area.

The first of these events is The Voice of the Mountains, held a three years in witch we aspire to explore different dances and popular musical dialects of Cantabria and understand what is their origin, by means of rigorous disciplined, daily stage thereby cultivating the spirit of those people who participate directly or indirectly in our work, as well as those that know us through our publications on the theme.

It’s all a question of searching for a basic form of understanding theatre art through the origins of Man himself. It’s search for the springs which give sense to Man and Art. Theatre of Springs.
